01/25/2010: I-130 NOA2
03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

12/03/2013: Interview

12/20/2013: Oath ceremony

hello guys,

I am a september filer and I was approved 1/29. NVC gave me my case # on 2/3. I called them today and gave them our e mail addresses. my questions is, do I still have to send them an email with the addresses? or now I just wait until they send me an email?......thanks

Which addresses are you talking about? email address or a residence address? Once you give your email address to NVC, wait for them to send you the choice of agent DS3032 email... Good luck!!

When you have called and given them your e-mail adresses you just wait for them to e-mail you the DS-3032 and the AOS-fee.

Lol, breathe girl! Thanks, you made me laugh out loud at work though. Sometimes this site is a blessing and a curse I've found. My husband is concerned about my laser-like overwhelming focus, lol. I don't do the "lets wait and see" bs. Obsession? Whatever.

USCIS (122 days)

09-25-09 : NOA1 I-130

10-05-09 : NOA1 I-129

01-25-10 : NOA2 I-130/I129 Text & email

NVC (62 days)

01-29-10 : NVC case number assigned via AVR

04-01-10 : SIGN IN FAILED WAHOoooo!!!

05-27-10 : Interview....visa Approved!!!

06-02-10 : Picked up Visa at Embassy

06-04-10 : POE NYC...no delays or problems.

Removing Conditions

3/30/12 I-751 filed and sent to USCIS CA Service Center

4/3/12 NOA1

5/30/12 Biometrics completed Santa Rosa, CA early walk-in without problem

10/11/12 Green Card approved

10/17/12 Green Card received

The approval was on the 27th? I'll suggest to you that it's just not ready yet, at NVC.

My 'basic' advice is to wait 2 weeks from 'NOA-2' date (which you don't want to do, right?)

then call into NVC (Get a Human )and get it all started.

Hey Guys, I received the AOS Bill and DS3032 email yesterday. The payment was already sent online and my wife have e-mailed NVC for the choice of agent form. But today we received another e-mail from NVC and the subject line says " MNLXXXXXXXXXX (PM ACL COVER LETTER STD)"

Basically its another notification from NVC requesting my wife to complete a Choice of Agent form. So do we send another choice of agent form to NVC? Or just disregard this since my wife already sent the corresponding choice of agent e-mail to NVC? Pls advice. Thanks!...

This is happening alot lately, there sending doubles. If you alreayd sent it your good to go.
