I'm on the phone right now waiting to speak with a representative. The AVR said my case was entered yesterday the 3rd and gave me the NVC number. I will wait to speak with someone and give them our emails now.

Looks like things are finally moving now. :thumbs::thumbs::dance:

How about you Joeville? I say give it a shot now...

HAHA i will never redo NVC even if you paid me....well ill do it for someone else if they paid me lol.

Goodness! You'd think that five months in USCIS would've taught me to be patient. But no, I'm so friggin' antsy. I keep checking my email every half an hour hoping to see the links from NVC. ARGH. I'm going to be bald by the end of this process.

Please practice cooking, twice a day. Helps to relieve the stress, and you have something nice to eat, for later ;)

If it makes you 'larger', well, exercise is good for stress also. Maybe just skip the cooking and go straight to the exercise?

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I just got off the phone with NVC. Here is a little bit of an update. I had fedexed my naturalization certificate to NVC on Jan 22nd after becoming a US citizen requesting to upgrade my wifes petition to immidiate relative status. Fedex reached NVC on 25th. NVC confirmed that they indeed received the certificate as of Feb 1st and they are reviewing the case.

Hoping to get the upgrade soon and receive my DS-3032 so I can also enter the ring with all you nice folks here. Feb 9th will be our 3rd wedding anniversary and it will be a nice gift to get things rolling at NVC by then. Someone said they generate the DS-3032 in batches. Hoping to make it with you all in that batch
