Sachinky, Mike, Deb, and Estrellademiel, David and Gina are pretty much on the same timelines, give or take a day. I think smsgirl joined in too. Carolyn should be around somewhere too.

#######. Where are my emails? It's been 76 hours since I gave them our emails. Even double checked with an operator yesterday to make sure they had the right ones.

Deep and Yohino are somewhere in the middle of the process.

The rest are done or almost done.

Hello Ya'll,

Dont forget me,although I might be getting ahead of myself. The operator said there's still no record of my case at NVC,even though 130 was approved on the 29th.Also,still waiting for the NOA2 hard copy.

I did have a question on the DS-230 though. Do we really need to send in the originals of the birth, marriage and police certificates with it.Sounds kinda strange. I dont have certified copies of them. This is as per James's shortcuts.

Any ideas?

Sean.

Removal of Conditions:

Here's Christeen's time tested formula for NVC:

Petitioner: Get NVC # + give operator your email IDs + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send I-864 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page.

Beneficiary: Get NVC# + receive DS3032 + send DS3032+ DS3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay and wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail DS230 package with all original/certified documents

= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled. :)

Sean John--I think you might have a case number either tomorrow or by Monday.

And yes, you need to send in your originals with the DS230. Not doing so will result in a RFE. Something you definitely don't want.

Goodness! You'd think that five months in USCIS would've taught me to be patient. But no, I'm so friggin' antsy. I keep checking my email every half an hour hoping to see the links from NVC. ARGH. I'm going to be bald by the end of this process.

Lol, me too with the impatience. I think I'll (tentatively) turn on my email alert for here again and AS SOON as any of us get a notice, let each other know!!! : ) It's only been 3 days, I feel the same way, but I'm not going to call anyone until Monday. As long as all of us are on the same ballpark timeline, I have peace of mind that everything is running smoothly at NVC. : )
