i guess u can figure that i am a type A person and often take some risks :hehe: but really i do not think it will do a thing to e-mail it, in fact i sent 2 e-mails, one from my own e-mail address and another one from my hubby address. BUT, DON'T DO IT unless if avr tells u that the ds3032 has been generated !!!

if you email through the ds3032 like Lola did and it hasn't been sent yet, will it stuff up the process? I know it has been explained as pauying a bill that hasn't been billed yet, but would it hurt to email though??

u will not need barcode if u will wait for them to send ds3032, barcode self generation is meant for u to send the hard copy of ds3032 when they were still using the snail mail. people used the self generated bar code to send their ds3032 as soon as the AVR inform them that their ds3032 has been generated that way they beat the one week wait to get the snail mails. if u are waiting, then no need to make barcode your e-mail ds 3032 will come with a barcode. goodluck!

I was doing the barcode for the AoS so that we could send AoS package as soon as we pay the AoS bill!?! This isn't right?

Yep... the option to pay the AOS will be available online once they accept your DS 3032.. Once you've paid, you can send in your AOS documents to them in the mail...

really my prayer is to get a date in which my hubby will be approved without any difficulty, i learn this a long time ago when taking an entrance exam to get into a professional school. i had always prayed for a certain score then the lord inspired me one day to pray for a score that will be sufficient for me and will get me into the school, so i did. when I retook the exam, i got the same score as i had previously that fetched me rejection from all the 18 colleges I had applied only this time there was a 2 points redistribution. I thot to myself that it wasn't going to happen for me knowing fully well my score was too low to be accepted and only a few cases have been accepted with that score. Long story short, I got accepted with a full scholarship and it changed my life forever, so I am just praying for that day that is destined for me and my hubby to make it successfully through the embassy and I pray that day surprise me at all level joyfully.

Guy's i need a help... I got an email today from NVC but i found out in our papers there is a mistake specially in my middle name. When im still single its look like this way... its only example..... Mea Gande Lising. Gande is my mother last name and lising is my father last name. But when i married i use this Mea Lising Pedro... pedro is the lastname of my husband. I fill up all petition using Mea Lising Pedro but when all the approval and in NVC they put this way Mea Gande Pedro. I dont know what to do now... Guy's can u help me with this problem. Its very depressing because we almost done but we only found out this mistake just now. Can u give me advices what to do?

o.k this is the algorithm

AVR confirms DS3032 generated: 1. wait to get an e-mailed ds3032 then respond with e-mail and send a printed hard copy if you want, OR, e-mail a template letter as soon as the avr informed you that DS3032 has been generated

AVR/E-mail acceptance of DS3032: Usually what they will do after this is to send the AOS fee bill to the e-mail address provided ($70), they may also send the IV bill at the same time ($400)

AVR inform you and/or you get an E-mail of AOS sent : this will contain your IIN or invoice ID number and links to travel.state.gov NVC page (if your DS3032 has been accepted the IV bill will also be available for payment)

Log on to the website with your case number and IIN

Pay the bills with your bank account number (check routing number and account number)

Recheck after a few hours to be sure the bills are not rejected (i got rejected once)

Bill will show in process for a day or two or more until they get the money from your bank account

Once status shows paid, print the cover sheets which alrady has the barcode (no need to make the bar code yourself, they alrady made it for you)

Send the cover sheet with each application packet and wait!

Then you know what is next: Phone checkings, login failed, case complete e.t.c

the made it yourself barcode is an outdated algorithm that needs to be updated, it can work for those that do not wish to wait to see the payment status as paid since they can assume the payment will go through, they can save a day or two by making the barcodes and sending the docs out on same day of payment before they have a chance to print the generated coversheet from nvc website, do i make any sense? really, if u want to follow the nvc pace you will have to wait and use all their docs which i think buys them time, it also doesn't take too long and you can be sure you are doing it all correctly. i will be getting my pc now if i were u because that seems to take time especially when u need one from different countries, PLUS get ur co-sponsors docs now if u are using one, co-sponsors also tends to delay
