I got my NOA2 email on the 29th,still waiting for the hard copy. THE AVR on the NVC phone says they havent yet received my case.

I'm getting impatient. I wonder how much longer?

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hey guys, just a quick and simple question.

Since my spouse selected me as the Agent for the Choice of Agent form, would she still receive snail mails overseas, like let's say the IV packet? Or will she receive everything via e-mail?

Btw, I am the petitioner

I believe that all correspondence will be via email only... In my case atleast, we never received any snail mail at the overseas address... Good luck!

Do NOT rely on the AVR... it almost always is updated late... talk to an operator and ask if your case has been received @ NVC ... I don't know what the current time is for the case to get to NVC (sachinky - any idea?), but mine took exactly 14 days ... you just sent yours in last week....

Everything will be sent via email. Did you receive your choice of agent through the email?

Congrats Abbie, and to MQ and the others I missed, I can't seem to post on this thread much as im not haveing any good news yet, but very soon we will be back to send in my husbands completion of the military as he will finish the end of the month. Im happy for you too Andrea I posted in the Mena thread for ya, definately rooting for ya on a quick AP/AR. This has been such a great support system to have for sure we are all so blessed. I feel bad for those getting denied in Morroco how there hopes and dreams crushed in one day.

I think that is great news that your husband is finishing up his military stint!!!

And thanks for thinking quick AP/AR...I am hoping that me being at the interview will help some :unsure::unsure:

You should MQ that is what VJ uses to keep track of all the different time frames and the charts and all that lovely stuff people look at to get an idea when their cases will be complete!!! :blush:

Hi Sean John you and I recieved a text message of approval on the same day. I also tried getting number from NVC but no luck yet. Hopefully later today or sometime tomorrow. :unsure:

Ok folks--updating current timelines:

4-7 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case number.

2-8 days to receive AOS/DS3032 after giving them your email address.

2-4 days for AOS to show up as paid.

2-10 days for DS 3032 to be accepted.

2-4 days for IV bill to show up as paid.

7-10 days for case complete after all documents have been received by NVC.
