This is such a busy thread!!! Congrats to everyone who's making progress!!

Still hoping for a March interview - since I got my case complete on Jan 20th, so COME ON 2nd week of Feb!!

MsS really hope you get your cc soon!

Btw, how do you know your choice of agent has been accepted? Do they send you an email/update the AVR?

You'll know if the choice of agent has been accepted when they send the agent the email stating to pay the AOS and cc the other!!!

No, she said No possibility for febuary and there MAY be a possibility for a MARCH one but maybe not.

That sounds like the standard recording...You KNOW you are going to get a MARCH interview!!!!!

Congrats Abbie, and to MQ and the others I missed, I can't seem to post on this thread much as im not haveing any good news yet, but very soon we will be back to send in my husbands completion of the military as he will finish the end of the month. Im happy for you too Andrea I posted in the Mena thread for ya, definately rooting for ya on a quick AP/AR. This has been such a great support system to have for sure we are all so blessed. I feel bad for those getting denied in Morroco how there hopes and dreams crushed in one day.

Same for my joint sponsor including a copy of his U.S. passport and naturalization certificate.

You need Bank statement if using money/assest to meet 125% of poverty guidelines.

All looks good. I have sent 6 months of paystub.

Since my spouse selected me as the Agent for the Choice of Agent form, would she still receive snail mails overseas, like let's say the IV packet? Or will she receive everything via e-mail?

The DS-3032 is a parallel process - if you gots the DS-3032 kit - no need to worry about 'acceptance' - it doesn't slow down any of the process.

The DS-3032 is reviewed prior to 'case complete' step at NVC.
