Quick question. Can I send the 864 if the AVR says "We have received the AOS Fee Bill". ?? Even if I don't know if they've received the 3032 or not???

Bad news, fellas. AVR updated to "On 24th February we found missing or incomplete information on your AOS package after review." ####. ####. ####.

Although my hopes of an April interview have evaporated and I've cried for the past hour, I still need to know how to deal with this RFE. If I call NVC as soon as they open at 730AM, will they tell me what the exact nature of the RFE is? Will the RFE come in the mail or via email? How do I send it back--the whole package or just what they asked for?

I'm guessing it is one of my joint sponsor's document. My husband sent his stuff to him, and then he sent it to NVC so I'm going to find out exactly WHAT he sent and what IS missing.

re-consponser: that smells - i would have thought yer husband would be allowed to REVIEW all before it was sent it out, but that didn't happen. smells really bad. i'll send you a pm about it, maybe, but IMO the husband needs to review all (you've trained him how to look for completeness) .

If you have the bar coded cover sheet provided by NVC, then sure send. Verify everything before you send them.

I paid IV fee online and the status is PAID and I printed the cover sheet. Can I send the DS230? or Do i have to wait until the email? Pls. help

If you go to the portal page you will see that IV bill fee is there but showing 'not invoiced'. As soon as they accept your ds3032 it changes to "ready to pay" (or something like that don't remember the wording).

Then you just need to pay and wait until it shows paid (about 1-2 days). Print the barcoded sheet to your ds230 and send it off to NVC.

(husband also gets an email saying his ds3032 was accepted).

About the I-864 yes, as soon as you print the cover sheet you can mail it to NVC.

Feel real bad for ya Sach, hope they send out the RFE quickly enough. And of course you should talk to your Co and find out what was sent so you can be ready when the RFE does arrive. Wish you all the luck. You know we're all rooting for ya.
