Did they accept your choice of agent yet?

I sent mine as soon as I got my case number, so it was quick to receive the IV bill.

Ok, after trying all day to get trough IRS the woman said the transcripts were put in the mail on Feb. 11th!!!

Arghhhhhhhhh, why we didn't received them yet?

Hey, I got mine by fax took me 10 mins for her to fax them to me... I dont see how it would take her 48 hours... arrrgh... call and talk to a supervisor and tell them your issues and how you have to have them NOW!! I even called them and acted like I was my mom and had them fax me my parents transcripts again it only took about 10 min...

I ordered my transcripts 6 weeks ago and I have still not recieved them in the mail...

I'm from Tennessee/Alabama border and after getting off the phone with my momma, I need some accent reduction classes!!! Normally, I do pretty well. I think, not to sound like I fell off the turnip truck, but after a bit on the phone or after a visit... whew, get the redneck translator program (aka... the ol' speak and spell)...lol..

They didn't send us any email saying they accepted our DS-3032. I am waiting for my hubby to send me the signed DS-3032 so I can mail it. He also sent a scan version via email. Hopefully we will hear from them soon.

Thanks Melody, she said it can take 48 hours because they send it by the computer and it's automatic and bla bla bla.

I don't have hope to send the package today anyway... We gave them my FIL's office fax number and he already left work because of snow

You know when things just don't work out the way you expected? Hopefully tomorrow he will go to the office and have the transcripts there. Then he will only need to attach to the package and send it off by lunch time. God help us all

I never thought it would be so hard to manage things overseas! If I was in the US I would have the packages out of the door already.

Anyway, thank God we have email and internet! I don't know how I could have done all this stuff without it.

Can't wait for this process to be OVER!! So stressful!!!!!!

Mine took 6 days to be accepted. So maybe by Monday you will have your IV bill generated.

They should send you an email saying they accepted the choice of agent. Then you go to the website and the IV bill will be there ready to pay.

For this last year (2009) you can send only the tax returns, W2 etc if you don't have the transcripts.

And if you have the transcripts for 2008,07 just mail them.

Mrs.Wife: take a deep breath... You are going to have it soon!! Everything happens or doesnt happen for a reason.. its the law of attraction I agree with you that if you were here you would already have it out the door. Just be thankful that you have gotten this far!! I know several ppl that have applied way before me and they are still waiting for there NOA2!! I feel so bad for them, I cant imagine the frustration and aggervation that they are going through right now

On a different thought.. If I have both my AOS/DS-230 out the door by Monday <overnighted> means that I possibly could get a case complete by the 2 week in March... does anyone think that I could possible have an April interview? Or is that unrealistic.. would it be more practical to think that I would recieve an May interview?

I personally wouldnt mail a hard copy of the DS-3032... I think it is a waste of time and money... email it to them as soon as they request it.. <just my personal opinion>

ohh and they never sent me an email that they recieved the email.. We only recieved an email that told us that they accepted it if that makes sense, I thought that they had like an auto kick back to say they recieved the email, but nothing ever came... good look

Thanks for your words Melody! You are right, I shouldn't even complain. My I-130 was approved earlier than I expected. I think we get nervous because we are so close to the end, and want to speed thing up.

Hopefully the snow will be gentle and give us a break, and my in law will be able to go to the office tomorrow to get the transcripts.

I'm in the same boat! Really hoping for an April interview.

Rio de Janeiro doesn't seem a very busy consulate. Really crossing my fingers!

I'd wait until Monday. If they don't accept your ds3032 by Monday, then snail mail. (I also think it's a waste of time and money)
