I just called NVC. And here how it went

Me: I want an update on my case

OP: your, case is waitting on an Interview.

Me: so is my case...

Op: Interupts me and says something about heavy capasity and something about missing Febuary and not sure when ill get an interview

ME: But its complete?

OP: Yes, it complete.

ME: well I know i missed Feburay but cant i get a march one cuz yall give em out on the secound week of eatch month?

OP: Well, i dont know.

Me. well how will i know, do i call?

Op sounding annoyed "You and your husband will get and email"

Me. I wanna call

OP: You can call if you want.

Me. ok

OP:hangs up in my face

Lol how rude is she. She would not even let me talk, she was clearly reading off a sheet.

Im gonna call Again tonight and talk to someone else. so ill understand what they mean.

Some one must have asked this question earlier... I could not find that post.

I am good in asking bad questions -

1- I have stapled my 864 and send it. Am I right?

2 - Can we staple DS230 and supporting documents together or have to use the binder clip?

Looks like you're sweating a bit too much Deep... I wouldn't staple the DS230 and the documents together... just use a paper clip or binder clip. Makes it easier for the person reviewing your documents. You probably also wouldn't want to have staple holes in the marriage and birth certificates.

Note: I would staple the DS230 form together though

There are nice individuals @ NVC .... I've had my share of rude as well super nice OPs... Call again until you get someone nice... I'm assuming you know that they log calls for each case...

The operators have access to the last time you called (date/time). I went bonkers once and kept calling them and that's when I figured out that they log calls.

Oh, oh well. I called before a couple times a day and they said nothing, its there Job. If they cant explaine them selfs well, that i have to call more then once to get what going on they should not have there job.

I called the NVC this morning and got 1 of my case numbers. I then pressed "5" to speak to a Representative. I got a really nice and polite guy which was refreshing. He verified my information and that of my wifes and took our email addresses. I then gave him my 2nd uscis wac# and he did the same thing for that case (my step-daughters). He also told me he "Linked the 2 cases in the computer system so that if someone pulled up one the other would show. Great day today.... but could have been better if they sent me the emails...

Osen, Congratulations next will be your interview date. Don't worry for your interview as long as you have all the papers nothing to be worry coz you will get the PINK SLIP.
