About the fancy folders, you don't need to do this. Probably will give them more work since they'll have to take everything off to process and send to the Embassy. I just did paper clips and it was all good.

sachi, have you heard asnything since sending in your aos / ds230?? I still haven't sent mine in. FINALLY getting letter of employment from mother in law today, then have to fill in 864's!! Argh i don't think we're going to be done in time for an april interview

Mike--My stuff was inputted into the AVR on the 18th. For some reason, only the DS230 was inputted and they said they were waiting for the AOS to be sent in which freaked me out a fair bit as both of the packages went together. I spoke to an operator, she was very nice and said the AOS was inputted on the 22nd and is currently under review. I think that last week kind of screwed them up. Barring any unforeseen RFEs, the "case complete" should happen soon, by Monday, I think. So fingers crossed.

She already had our e-mails. Maybe from the cover letter I sent with the I-130? Either way, this makes me very happy! Hubby will be happy, too, tomorrow. I vow this will be the only visa-related thing we talk about tomorrow.

Hi Folks, I think I have everything ready to send out my AOS Package on 2-25-10 this is what I'm including. (Copied from my coversheet)

My individual income for 2009 well exceeds the 125% poverty guidlines and even for 2008 we pass the 2009 standards. 2007, I was a college student and would not pass it, but I'm including it anyway, for now. Should I explain that in the cover letter?

My employment letter states that I was hired in March '09 in my current job and my W-2 and paystubs back that up.

Meow--Congrats on your log in failed! Call tomorrow to confirm with an operator as it does seem a little too soon. You sent it out on 18th, they received it on the 19th and had you in the system by 22nd and a log in failed by 24th? My bleeding packages are with them since the 12th--what are they doing with it! If I've to wait another weekend, I'm gunna pop a vein!

They show it as RECEIVED, the AVR doesnt say anything tho. Just the dumb message about the "waiting for biographics forms from Petitioner" The operator told me yesterday tho, that they do show mail received, which I assume is my I864! I was freaking out cuz I didnt staple anything. Im a mess.
