Bleh! I sent in the AOS yesterday. Only thing I forgot to do was write the case number on the individual pages. I am doing the electronic processing, wonder if that will mess it up? *sigh* One more thing to stress over.

I just received this email from NVC, what am I supposed to do?

It's the answer for the choice of agent that I sent the second time. The form signed and scanned. Should I just ignore, since my ds3032 is already accepted?

Sounds to me like whatever you sent them didn't have the Petitioner's Name and date of birth and Beneficiary's Name and Date of birth on it. Just a guess.

Either way is ok. Info you need when you call:

NVC Case #

Petitioner's Name

Petitioner's DOB

Beneficiary's Name

Beneficiary's DOB

Both of your email addresses.

You also may want to ask if they have your Invoice Identification Number available. If they do, you can pay it here and you can start sending in your AOS package.

Here's a quick question: How did you guys organize your AOS pages? Did you put it all loose in a folder? Did you use paper clips for individual sections? Staples? Acco Clips?

I have way more pages than I had anticipated.

was thinking that it was just us with this issue :P I even have purposely started conversations about an off topic and it always seems no matter how hard I try that it goes back south and we end up talking about this process.... And as far as fighting... wow!! I just got off of a 4 day hissy fit... <not my proudest moments>

update : It took 2 days to get his PCC from the Passport office, he has his passport stamped and the PCC in hand. He took this PCC along with his Father, and his neighbors <say what  > to the SP office to get the other PCC, and it seems, taking your neighbors with you saves the Officer a trip on comming to your house.. Because he would of recieved this PCC today if the SP would of been in the office. He is going back at 10 in the morning to meet him and collect the PCC.

still waiting for the DS-3032 to be accepted, IV Bill to be generated and to mail both packages <AOS/DS-230>

Morning everyone! It's a new day! : )

GO TEAM RFE.....I MEAN TEAM NVC....NO RFE'S(i already did that! lol) GO TEAM NVC! Keep the strength kids, nearing the end! Imagine if we were STILL waiting for NOA2's......Today would be 5 months for me.....Yuck!

Sachi-No RFE received yet, waiting for it in email. Also waiting for 2nd PC in snail mail from Albania. Will overnight both ASAP, I am so excited for you....will be checking your page all day. Big picture, Friday or Mon LIF, you will still get March interviewing.....wahooooo!

Melody, I am beginning day 4 of my ###### bender, don't worry! ALSO....this damn time difference! It's 9 hours, so our time we can talk is really limited. SUCKY.....so usually one of us is in bed tired, or cold, or eyes burning from the laptop......sucky. Hurry process hurry process hurry!

Here's what I did. I'm not sure if this is the prefer way or not, but i'm going to keep doing this unless someone have a better idea.

Staple all your documents - ie. staple your individual relevent documents such as I-864, 2008 tax return, trascript etc.. then i fasten them in its individual section in this folder. I also add my relevent info with bar code on the front of the folder.
