I hate it.. all conversations with my husband is about this..all fighst is about this..grhhhhh ..

sssssssssssssssssssssssssssh.. stop it. talk about food, instead. buena comida aja/aqui.

Did you know the literal translation is 'Good Food, cooked by a woman' ?

Just have him go shopping for Mole , in town, to find something strange and interesting..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Ok, fine, come on, Thursday!

Knotted Knickers are not good for the circulation. Please stop it, go cook something with Mama today? Please? then post the food porn in an OT section? Purty Please? (Triple score for laksa curry )

Well I called again this evening regarding the ds-3032 email for my step-daughters case and they said it will be there soon...

So I started to compose the 3032 emails to be sent from my wifes account for her and her daughters choice of agent and the email from NVC shows up...

So we sent the ds-3032 and also paid the AOS fee.

I feel so far behind, but its ok, we are still waiting for their passports.

Please feel free to add me on facebook. schneikeys2@hotmail.com but please send message with it about visajourney (I Get alot of friend requests due to FB Gaming "mafia wars" lol).:thumbs::thumbs:

Don't worry, David. We are just as slow. We have paid all our fees and they've all been processed. My DS-230 is ready to be sent to him but he had to file taxes for 06/07. Oh well, no April interview but he will be here to see me so it's all OK.

As for Facebook, starrcap@gmail.com - I would love to keep in touch with my VJ friends.

Sachi - fingers crossed for your log in fail!!! :star:

I'll tell you what else I'm missing that is NOT good for my circulation....he is 5000 miles away : (

Sachi- AVR says they sent a letter Feb 23 requesting more evidence. The person at NVC wasn't able to read it, but I'm sure it's about the police clearance. Which I have left a fricken note on my door for any delivery people to LEAVE IT without a signature. Soooo just like my NOA2 and taxes done all on the same 2 days, it looks like I am in for another perfect shi*storm of chaos getting the RFE and his police documents all probably on a fricken Friday. Thank goodness we anitcipated it....kind of. So no emails yet for the RFE, insult to injury that I have to check 2 email accounts and my physical mailbox too. I wish I could swear with you, but I'm too sad and frustrated. WE aren't expecting your LIF till Friday anyway, remember, no freak outs yet : )

Does anyone have any thoughts if I should email or call my embassy directly and request the fastest interview date possible? Couldn't hurt to ask since it seems to be a relatively small embassy. My brother is an officer in the US Marines coming home in April, I would love my husband to meet him....maybe I'll mention that...

Any suggestions for me to prepare VJ gurus? I'm sure the address to overnight the papers will be on the RFE?

Rambling now, going to bed : (

Thanks, lady!! It's actually going beautifully. All taxes done. The IRS were quick on the transcripts!! He is moving on Saturday so I decided to not send the DS-230 packet until next week. So we've had a NVC free week the two of us and we've loved it. No stress.

I know there were a few Q's about writing your case # on your original docs, I used a pencil. I thought of the post-it but just in case it came unstuck or whatever. Don't forget the back of your passport pics!!

Vivek--Thanks, man. I think it won't be before Monday though. That's okay. Ok, I'm gonna stop obsessing about it now. I was really good last week and it all started when I tried to log in once and now I can't stop. Aaaaaaah. That snow combined with the long weekend and the fact that all K-3s are now being processed as CR-1s is what is causing this hiccup.

Deb--Why don't you just straight mail the DS230 packet via courier from Australia to NVC?

Gina--Do you have the PCC in your/your husband's possession? Just overnight it when the RFE reaches you. You COULD try emailing your embassy but for CR-1s NVC schedules your interview according to consulate availability. And that's only done after a case complete.

He is going to send it with the AOS. He is also moving this Saturday so we're waiting until next week. OR maybe I should just send it directly to them?? The courier I used to send him my W7 and tax stuff only took 3 days. Hmmm, thanks lady. Maybe I shall tell him that I no longer need his services and I'll be submitting my paperwork directly to the NVC!!

That'll hurry him up for sure ... :star:

I hate it.. all conversations with my husband is about this..all fighst is about this..grhhhhh ..

was thinking that it was just us with this issue :P I even have purposely started conversations about an off topic and it always seems no matter how hard I try that it goes back south and we end up talking about this process.... And as far as fighting... wow!! I just got off of a 4 day hissy fit... <not my proudest moments>

update : It took 2 days to get his PCC from the Passport office, he has his passport stamped and the PCC in hand. He took this PCC along with his Father, and his neighbors <say what  > to the SP office to get the other PCC, and it seems, taking your neighbors with you saves the Officer a trip on comming to your house.. Because he would of recieved this PCC today if the SP would of been in the office. He is going back at 10 in the morning to meet him and collect the PCC.

still waiting for the DS-3032 to be accepted, IV Bill to be generated and to mail both packages <AOS/DS-230>

Hello dear VJers!!!!

Updating.... I paid the IV bill yesterday and today the transaction is appearing in the bank account. Still not showing PAID in the sign in page. But I think in the next few hours it will be cleared.

Hubby's tax transcripts did not arrive yet.

Starting to freak out. Everything else is ready to go. I was hoping to put the 2 packages in the mail tomorrow. What should I do? I have the tracking number from the IRS, maybe call them and see what's going on?

Funny that FIL asked his transcripts same day as hubby and he already got his 2 days ago! Argh!!!

Hi Folks, I think I have everything ready to send out my AOS Package on 2-25-10 this is what I'm including. (Copied from my coversheet)

My individual income for 2009 well exceeds the 125% poverty guidlines and even for 2008 we pass the 2009 standards. 2007, I was a college student and would not pass it, but I'm including it anyway, for now. Should I explain that in the cover letter?

My employment letter states that I was hired in March '09 in my current job and my W-2 and paystubs back that up.

Here's the package as it stands:

I-864 Coversheet

I-864 Barcode Coversheet

Form I-864

2009 Federal Tax Return, W2’s, 1099DIV, Student Loan Interest Paid, and copies

2008 Tax Transcript and copy

2007 Tax Transcript and copy

Letter of Employment

Pay stubs from the most recent six months

I'll have the case number on the top of each item.

Am I missing anything? I'm planning to fedex overnight it tomorrow. All comments welcome :)
