I-130 NOA1 - 05th Nov, 2009
I-130 NOA2 - 10th February, 2010 Yay!!!!
"Your I-130 was approved in 97 days from your NOA1 date."

NVC Journey:
02-16-2010: NVC Case # Assigned
03-31-2010: Case Complete!!
04-12-2010: Interview date assigned by NVC.
05-11-2010: Medical appointment in Rio

05-13-2010: Interview in Rio - APPROVED!!!

06-02-2010: POE in Washington DC - Finally home!

July 30, 2010 - Received the Green Card after receiving 4 welcome letters! USCIS see ya later!

2 YEARS LATER......

03-02-2012: Elegible to lift conditions
06-02-2012: Temporary GC expires

12-20-2012: Permanent GC received

6 MONTHS LATER......

Well I called again this evening regarding the ds-3032 email for my step-daughters case and they said it will be there soon... :whistle:

So I started to compose the 3032 emails to be sent from my wifes account for her and her daughters choice of agent and the email from NVC shows up... :dance:

So we sent the ds-3032 and also paid the AOS fee.

I feel so far behind, but its ok, we are still waiting for their passports.

09-08-2009 : NVC case# assigned (Waiting game begins to Upgrade my case to IR-1)

01-22-2010 : Became U.S. citizen (Sent request to upgrade petition from F2A to IR-1 catagory)

02-17-2010 : Case finally upgraded to IR-1

03-20-2010 : Case complete

04-12-2010 : Receiced interview notice.

06-04-10 : POE NYC...no delays or problems.

4/3/12 NOA1

5/30/12 Biometrics completed Santa Rosa, CA early walk-in without problem

10/11/12 Green Card approved

Hi Folks, I think I have everything ready to send out my AOS Package on 2-25-10 this is what I'm including. (Copied from my coversheet)

My individual income for 2009 well exceeds the 125% poverty guidlines and even for 2008 we pass the 2009 standards. 2007, I was a college student and would not pass it, but I'm including it anyway, for now. Should I explain that in the cover letter?

My employment letter states that I was hired in March '09 in my current job and my W-2 and paystubs back that up.

Here's the package as it stands:

I-864 Coversheet

I-864 Barcode Coversheet

Form I-864

2009 Federal Tax Return, W2’s, 1099DIV, Student Loan Interest Paid, and copies

2008 Tax Transcript and copy

2007 Tax Transcript and copy

Letter of Employment

Pay stubs from the most recent six months

I'll have the case number on the top of each item.

Am I missing anything? I'm planning to fedex overnight it tomorrow. All comments welcome :)

Meow--Congrats on your log in failed! :) Call tomorrow to confirm with an operator as it does seem a little too soon. You sent it out on 18th, they received it on the 19th and had you in the system by 22nd and a log in failed by 24th? My bleeding packages are with them since the 12th--what are they doing with it! If I've to wait another weekend, I'm gunna pop a vein!

Gina--Any news? I wonder where CP2009 is--we're all on the same timeline.
