Mine says it was inputted on the 18th even though it was delivered on the 12th. So yeah, that's about 6 days.

Dawn--I don't understand--your signature says you've received your AOS/DS3032. Those are usually sent 5-7 days after assignment of case #.

The automated VR said it was generated. I haven't received the emails yet.

I just called and the AVR says they send a package for information and to wait "6-8 weeks" if I the beneficiary hasnt received it.

What could this be? AN RFE? Could it be for the PCC that I didnt provide? Why dont they just freaking send emails instead. I would have held on to speak with someone, but I dont wanna be on the phone for a half hour at work... sigh(!).

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!

Thank you Sachi, my dad also offered money, but since it can't be counted in I didn't accept.

You can 'take the money' and put it into a savings account in YOUR name, then show it as 'cash assets'.

Who said it 'can't be counted?' - hit them with a jai'alal bat, or something - as they're wrong !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Dawn--Weird. Call 'em I say. Say the AVR says it's been updated but I've not received the emails yet.

SJ--I think they're talking about DS230 generation. Don't freak out about a RFE yet. You just sent in your package yesterday. They're not THAT quick.

Darnell--Seriously? I thought it had to be USD. I do have a US bank account so could I move my Indian funds there and then show it?

Just to make sure we are not forgetting anything:

Sponsor's package:

• Cover letter

• I-864 Coversheet (with barcode)

• Form I-864 (Signed and dated)

• 2009 Federal Tax Return, W2, 1099DIV, 1099INT.

• 2008 Tax transcripts, W2, 1099DIV, 1099INT.

• 2007 Tax transcripts, W2, 1099DIV, 1099INT.

• Bank statement and financial holding statement.

Am I missing something?

Thanks ;)

you have sponser (USC petitioner) and co-sponser? yer missing the co-sponsers info, if you have a co-sponser. if you've called 'sponser' here, to mean 'co-sponser' - then you must have an I-864 on the USC petitioner, as that USC petition IS the primary sponser, regardless of income amounts.

to show USC's petitioner assets? on I-864 ? absolutely. The account would be in HIS name, though, not yours.

I think this is a silly question, but for peace of mind....

I received the email accepting the choice of agent this morning but didn't receive the IV bill by email. I logged in the sign in page and the IV bill was invoiced, so I paid it....

Now, reading one post in VJ I saw in someone's signature this message:

Dec 15: NVC Entered DS3032 and in their system.

Dec 17: IV Bill ($400.00) Showed at NVC's Payment Website (!!!!DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU GET THE BILL FROM NVC!!!!)

Dec 18: Received IV Bill by e-mail and Paid IV Bill. STATUS: IN PROCESS

Did I mess up paying without receiving the bill even though it was available to pay on the website?

Me and a couple of people also paid the $400 before we got the emails but it was fine. My bill cleared within 12 hours and the email was in my husband's inbox by then. Don't stress, it'll be fine.

My FIL said he could deposit some money in hubby's account just to add more amounts of assets, but he said the lawyer told him the CO might think we are trying to trick him, since it will show the deposit was made from nowhere just a couple of days before sending the affidavits in. So we decided not to risk it.

I don't know if it would be a big deal, but we never know...

Thanks!!!! (F) I really got scared, people shouldn't put this info in their signature, if it's not 100% true.

Hey!!

the same happened to me but I am not sure if my husband receives the IV BILL email as He has 2 jobs and since Friday he hasn't be in his office the one with the email that NVC has..so thats why I am not sure if we receive the email or not because I did not.. but as soon I receive the DS3032 email accepted 2 hours later we paid.. and yesterday says that was PAID and we print the coverletter and I call NVC and the AVR machine says that IV Bill has been received on Feb 22tnd and will send further instruction..that is the AVR message for IV BILL PROCESSED ..SO I THINK WE ARE OK SO DO YOU

Nope! I paid mine as soon as it said invoiced too. I think what the other poster means is dont pay it until you CAN. Some people might be sending in checks via mail, etc. Its best to use the portal for sure. I was worried when I did it and Sachinky cleared my mind.

I have paid AOS bill on 22nd and now its showing as paid. There is a IV bill but it says not invoiced. what does this means? Does this means they have not received out DS3032 which we sent via email?

The IV wont show you can pay it yet and thats fine. Once the DS3032 is processed, it will become available for payment! Takes a few days for that to happen. Check out others timelines/signatures.
