Thank you Sachi, my dad also offered money, but since it can't be counted in I didn't accept. I'll write the notarized letter anyway, in case we have to use his affidavit.

I just received the ds3032 accept. It's the first one I sent before even receiving the AOS bill. So for those who are wondering if it's ok to send the choice of agent as soon as you receive the case number, it worked for me =)

Things seems to be moving along!!!! I'll log in now and see if the invoice is ready to be paid.

IV Bill -> PAID!!!!!!

This package is ready to go. Hope the payment clears by the end of the week!!!! Yaaay

I was under the understanding that if you have tax transcripts to not send w-2s and 1099s....that it could cause an RFE...transcripts are stand alones...

Just wondering about this too because I will be sending my tax transcripts too. Anyone know for sure?

w00t! We're all on our way. So exciting! :)

So, I think it's safe to say, email your DS3032 as soon as you receive your case #, folks. It's gonna save valuable time.

It's either the IRS tax transcripts OR the returns/w2 etc.

IV payments are clearing in about 24 hours.

Really? Is it okay if we sent both anyway since we already sent the cover letter to the US?

If there is something missing, then we would make another one, but since it's just extra documents it's easier to just leave the way it is.

What do you think?

When I do mine, I'm going to send the transcripts for 2008 and 2007, but since I don't have a transcript for 2009, just the return, I will send the return with all of the supporting evidence. So mine will look like:

2009 Return with W-2's 1099's etc.

2008 Transcript alone

2007 Transcript alone
