No, after you pay it and it shows as paid you print the Coversheet and you send in your AOS. Thats what i did.

So they don't send a request-email? Good to know.

Not like we can send it in quite yet though since my wonderful husband doesn't have his taxtranscripts yet,haha!

Hopefully he'll get them soon.

But since my DS-3032 haven't been accepted yet I'm not in too big of a hurry ( read not to mad at husband :whistle: )

You wait for the DS-3032 to be approved so that the IV will generate and you can send the DS-230.

And Thanks! i will call em tonight around 10pm and check then if its not complete ill call Again tomarrows around mid-day.

And you should go ahead and have the (AOS) and DS-230 ready so they wont delay you. My (AOS) and DS-230 delayed me a month.

So, I just want to make something clera for myself.. Eventhough the AOS-bill shows Paid and the coversheet is avalible to print, we still wait for an e-mail from NVC requesting the AOS-package before we send it - correct?

Once you pay for the AOS you can print that off and mail it in. It's the IV bill and the I-864 cover letter that seems to get the NVC discombobulated!! :innocent::whistle:

I printed mine off and mailed it the very next morning too!! :whistle:

Yeah,I know you don't have to wait for the DS-3032 to get approved before you send the AOS,but if it would have been approved,and the IV-bill paid and the DS-230 was ready to go, and he still didn't have his papers together ( which would def slow us down then) I would have been a little more upset!

Right now,he should have his papers ready to send in before the IV-bill is Paid so it shouldn't really slow down our process. Right? From what I'v heard you could even submit them at the same time and not have any time-setbacks right?

The DS-230 papers are all in place,made sure all my papers were sorted out so he could take them with him after he visited me for new years. And we are only waiting for the taxtranscripts to come in,he ordered them almost 2 weeks ago so they should be there any day now! They better be.... or I might start giving the IRS the NVC-treatment (calling them every 2 minutes,haha!)

I hope you get good news tonight!! Or tomorrow at the lastest! We are all rooting for you! :star:

Yep, I remember like it was yesterday.....lol :innocent:

Got to work and tried to log in....what??? I can't?? Unbelievable!!!!

Then I called in the afternoon before I left and it was case complete!!! Whoo hoo

So I stayed on the line and got an OP and was told that all interviews are scheduled the 2nd week of the month.... :angry:

Ha so much for the same song and dance!!! I got the interview email in the middle of the week between christmas and new years!!! :dance::dance:

So i call tonight maybe it will be complete. or tomarrow at least. Im scared something will go wrong and ill get AP or AR or something so i juts want my case complete and interview already lol.

If there two more power to em lol. But i dont know about going for the interview im going over there for About a week but prob not for the interview. Im not good under pressure lol. There be like "whats your husbands name" And im be like "Um...Um." I panic when NVC asks me lol. Ive been threw Enough pressure. I told my hubby to deal with Interview. lol

Some one must have asked this question earlier... I could not find that post.

I am good in asking bad questions -

1- I have stapled my 864 and send it. Am I right?

2 - Can we staple DS230 and supporting documents together or have to use the binder clip?
