I don't know HOW I will exactly survive this week. I'm certain our case complete won't be before Friday evening and I will be completely crazy by then. Now that I've given in to my baser instincts and checked the payment portal once already, my fingers are itching to try it again every fifteen minutes. :wacko:

How do I know when they accept my DS3032?

Do they send me an email or I have to call and check with the AVR system?

CR-1 Journey - California Service Center

I-130 timeline:
I-130 NOA1 - 05th Nov, 2009
I-130 NOA2 - 10th February, 2010 Yay!!!!
"Your I-130 was approved in 97 days from your NOA1 date."

NVC Journey:
02-16-2010: NVC Case # Assigned
03-31-2010: Case Complete!!
04-12-2010: Interview date assigned by NVC.
05-11-2010: Medical appointment in Rio

05-13-2010: Interview in Rio - APPROVED!!!

06-02-2010: POE in Washington DC - Finally home!

July 30, 2010 - Received the Green Card after receiving 4 welcome letters! USCIS see ya later!

2 YEARS LATER......

03-02-2012: Elegible to lift conditions
06-02-2012: Temporary GC expires

12-20-2012: Permanent GC received

6 MONTHS LATER......

06/03/2013: n400 Filled

10/22/2013: Citizenship test and oath ceremony

ATS--Thanks! I've been ready for NVC since October. Haha, I'm practically OCD about this stuff. I'm just ready to get this show on the road now. It's been too damn long. Good luck with your stuff too! :)

MrsW--I haven't checked the AVR much as it is the last to be updated. But I got an email stating that my Choice of Agent was accepted and the IV bill was available to be paid when I checked the portal. When that shows up, you'll know it's been accepted.

Same with me, I received an email about the Choice of Agent being accepted. I dunno bout anyone else, but calling them and listening to their automated messages tick me off. Today was "A packet of information and documents was generated on the 15th" Whatever that means?

Thanks Sachinky... I'm stressing now because I sent off my 864, via overnight last Wed and the system doesnt show anything. I included three years tax transcripts, a copy of 2009 W-2 since I havent filed yet, and even a proof of employment letter my employer completed for me (although it was dated back in November) I hope I dont get a RFE.. Im way above poverty limits and have been with the same job for 10 years so come on people!! I just want movement.. :dance:

Just got off the phone with the IRS, they have faxed and remailed me the tax transcripts for the past 3 years, and then I called the NVC to verify that my addresses for the 3rd time :blush: and the operator told me there is a note in my file that I will recieve the email today!!! woot woot... :dance::dance: so my AOS package is done and my husband is working on the PCC's that we need.. so I think that we are not to far off track :thumbs:

02/12-IV Bill invoiced

02/19/-AOS packet sent

02/22-Packet received signed by "N Visa Ctr"

02/22-IV Bill paid

03/01-Still waiting for spouse to complete her IV packet

03/06-Email received (False RFE)

03/11- DS230 Packet sent to NVC

03/14- NVC received DS230 signed N VISA CTR

03/18- Operator said AOS is OK, just waiting for DS230 packet for review

03/19- AVR updates message to "Checklist Letter Response received"

03/26- Log in Fail!!!

NVC case complete per AVR 03/29/10

Interview assigned 05/14/10 8:30 am (Thank you Jesus!)

Good question! Mine was delivered last Thursday and I am anxious to see if its approved as-is or if a dumb RFE will follow. Hope someone has news for us! :huh:

There is no such "Approval of AOS packet"--it'll be updated on to the AVR system usually 2-3 days after they've received it.

Nah, the only possible survival is to get AWAY from the computer....I just checked also to make you feel less crazy and alone, lol. Nothing yet(no surprise!)

But I if you're not checking the AVR, you need to speak to an NVC operator then to make sure they are working on your package. Just because it was delivered doesn't mean anything. Did you talk to a live person last week to make sure it is in review?
