NVC Febuary 2010 Edition!

I paid my IV Fee bill on Friday at 10:00 AM. Still shows IN PROCESS. Wonder how much longer they will take to accept the payment. I didn't know people actually wait to TAKE money,rather than screw around when you have to GIVE.

MrsW--I totally and completely understand how you feel. Don't worry--it's going to be fine. With your x5 assets, you should be golden.

Dawn--Your IIN will be in the AOS email. Use that to pay the $70 bill. The DS3032 hardcopy can be mailed just as a back up. It's upto you.

Gina--This week is OUR week!

SJ--Your bill should clear by tonight. Send it out tomorrow morning!

We just received our DS-3032 and AOS fee bill. One questio:, do we sign and scan the DS-3032 form and attached to the email or do we just send the completed the DS-3032 template (given in this forum) in the email with our information to NVC or both?

Just got off the phone with the IRS, they have faxed and remailed me the tax transcripts for the past 3 years, and then I called the NVC to verify that my addresses for the 3rd time and the operator told me there is a note in my file that I will recieve the email today!!! woot woot... so my AOS package is done and my husband is working on the PCC's that we need.. so I think that we are not to far off track

i think it pays to call and harrass the NVC just checked my mail and the DS3032 has been sent to me...

is this the only email that I should expect ... i thought there would be one that had my INN and generated a bill for the AOS?? am I jumping ahead?

I got two emails, both have DS-3032 and one that was addressed to me contained the AOS bill .

As for the DS3032, you have 3 options:

1) Emailing it in the letter format that is found in the guides.

2) Printing the form, filling it in, signing, scanning and emailing back to NVC.

3) Fill out the hardcopy and snail mail it.

Any of these WILL work. The email is obviously the easier choice.

I hope so, I REALLY want some good news. I'm just staring at the wall Monday morning at work and my secretary is avoiding me because of my grumpy mood, lol. THIS DISTANCE BULLS*** SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think your week for sure, that would make me VERY happy......I may be early next week. What does AVR say today about your case?

My husband received the AOS/DS3032 and I was cced on it as well.

Hubby called NVC and the lady said they can't tell him if it would be enough or not, since they don't make any decision there.

She said they only make sure all the papers are straight up and it's completely up to the consul if we need a co-sponsor or not.

So I guess we'll try on our own and if they denied it, we'll figure something out.

I'm not confident about getting the visa.... I think the consul will send us home. But, I guess there is nothing we can do, besides trying.

Melody, the email's subject will be:

<case number> (NLH PM AOS FEE LETTER) -> for the DS3032 and AOS bill

<case number> (PM ACL COVER LETTER STD) -> for the DS3032

I received both at the same time and husband too.

MrsW--I think submit what you have now. You'll get through NVC fine. Don't waste time now. By the time you get to the interview, if your FIL is willing, then have a "back up I-864" signed as a last resort, if the CO should ask for it.

Gina--I haven't called the AVR yet. For some reason, it scares me. I think I'm going to check the payment portal no more than three times everyday till Friday. And try not to go completely beserk.
