Guys, how long does it take for NVC to accept the DS-3032? I sent it via email on Jan 21 and its still hasnt been accepted and the IV bill hasnt been generated.

01-15-2010 : Gave NVC email addresses

01-21-2010 : Received DS-3032/AOS Bill

01-21-2010 : Pay AOS Bill

01-21-2010 : Emailed DS-3032

01-25-2010 : AOS fee shown as “Paid”

01-27-2010 : Return Completed AOS Package

01-28-2010 : AOS delivered and signed by N VISA

02-01-2010 : Receive Instruction Package for AOS

02-02-2010 : Receive IV Bill & Paid IV bill

02-04-2010 : NVC inputted AOS (confirmed through operator 02/05/10)

02-04-2010 : IV Bill shown as “Paid”

02-05-2010 : Return Completed IV package (DS-230)

02-10-2010 : PAckage received at NVC

02-16-2010 : LOGIN FAILED & Case Completed

Goddamnit! Is NVC really slowing down AGAIN! Seriously. They were really on the ball from January 4-January 20 and now they're falling behind again! ARGH.

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.
08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.
09/29/2009: I-130 NOA1
01/25/2010: I-130 NOA2
03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

Based on very current timelines--

It is now taking NVC to email the AOS/DS3032 links 2-8 days after giving them the email addresses.

3-5 days for the AOS cover sheet to show up as paid.

2-11 days for DS3032 to be accepted and IV bill to be generated.

I'm still working on the IV package and case completes.

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.

Hi everyone... am i welcome in this thread? Hmmm... its been 5days since we gave our email add to the operator but until now we dont have yet the AOS bill. Hmmmm... Can anybody explain me why? and how many days do we expect to have it? Take care

Of course your welcome!!! And wait a while from the email of the AOS bill. did you give them your emails?

I think NVC is moving fast we have had like 3 log in fails in the past couple of days and a couple of case completes. i think there going pretty fast but they got backed up with things.

I called NVC and they said everything is set and its under its final prossess. she like call after a week and a half for prob an interview. But im calling tomarrow lol, to see if it complete.

Kids--PLEASE make sure your respective timelines are filled in/up to date!

So wait, from 2 days between giving NVC the email address and receiving the AOS/DS3032 in mail, it's now currently upto 5-8 days? #######. I will be very pissed if this is true.

Looks like it. 2 confirmed cases so far. I called again today and I was advised that we should receive it shortly, I dont really know what shortly means by NVC standards. it could be a day to god knows how long. :blush:

09/11-I-130 sent

09/23- NOA1 Received

01/19' Touched/NOA2 Approved!

Up next, NVC process!

01/26-Case Assigned via AVR

02-04-Received AOS Bill & DS3032 form online

02/04-DS3032 sent via e-mail

Possibly a numbers game at this point. NVC staff are probably pushing to finish off the remaining cases from December and January before they start working on these newer batch of cases. Maybe. I dont know lol. I just have to come up with theories to make myself feel better. Seriously though, I dont see any reason why its taking them more than 72 hours to e-mail the following correspondence (AOS BIll, DS3032)...*sigh*

01-22-2010 : Became U.S. citizen (Sent request to upgrade petition from F2A to IR-1 catagory)

02-17-2010 : Case finally upgraded to IR-1

Can I join this group? One of my parents case was approved on Jan. 29th so I guess I will be part of this group if it's ok. I'm still waiting on my fathers approval which I know should be any day now.
