Oh I guess I should have read back a few more posts. I found the link to the template. So this works for the DS-3032 instead of mailing it in? Should we then also mail it in or does it matter after that if we get the AOS bill?

NVC today generated my DS-3032 and AOS fee bill Yaaaaaaay!!!!!!. Logged in and paid my AOS bill. It shows in process. Also sent in the email version of the DS-3032. Will be sending in the hard copy too later......... What a big relief

Hello all guy's.... Last Feb. 16 my DS-3032 accepted in NVC. So after my husband found out my DS-3032 accepted he go the immigrant link and pay the IV Bill right away. But We little bit confused its still show "NOT paid"... I found out just this morning we got IV Bill. What to do now? Do we need to wait when the IV Bill show paid? or we need to make another payment in NVC? if this happen is NVC get 800$ in the account? Can u tell me guy's what to do?

Just got the DS-3032 form and AOS bill. I didn't get the DS-3032 bill though, will I get that after they receive it? Does it really take 4 to 6 weeks to get the next lot of forms like it says on the form? But yay! At least I don't have to wait 4 months without hearing anything!!!

You'll get that once NVC accept your DS-3032 choice of agent. Get the beneficiary to send email version of the DS-3032 today. You can find this template here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

As soon as mine showed not paid...i paid it.

I just got the IV bill e-mail today, but paid a couple days ago. Mine showed processing before. I will check to see if it shows paid yet or not in a little bit.

Congrats to those who received their DS3032s/AOS bill today! How awesome!

As for the DS3032, you have 3 options:

1) Emailing it in the letter format that is found in the guides.

2) Printing the form, filling it in, signing, scanning and emailing back to NVC.

3) Fill out the hardcopy and snail mail it.

Any of these WILL work. The email is obviously the easier choice.

People, those whose bills showed up as NOT PAID or REJECTED, first check with your bank! Then call NVC. DO NOT PAY IT AGAIN. You need to sort it out with an operator. This used to be a common problem a few months ago. The payments are handled via a third party and often they and NVC do not sync up. This is why it is generally told NOT to pay the bills unless NVC sends you the emails requesting you to make the payment. Also, please be super careful when you type in the routing number.

Mike--Good to know you're in Cali. I had the same problem with IE but worked fine with Google Chrome. Hope you have a wonderful time!

Hi Sanchi.. I dont know what happened..the bank says that the did not charge it..but in the web page was PAID I printed the coverletter..even the AVR says that they receive the charge on the 13TH...the Operator told us to Pay again his name was Roberto He told us that he will follow up this for us..I am so pissed you can punch me and not a single drop of blood you will find.. thanks God that I did not send yesterday the Affidavit package..how you doing sanchi have you call NVC??

Hmm, I had the same problem with my I-130. They charged our check, the bank approved the transaction and showed it as pending. Then a few days later it apparently showed no transaction. We waited for our NOA1 for weeks and then found out some USCIS drone cancelled our petition for incorrect filing EVEN THOUGH it went to the correct place. Cost us a freakin' month RIGHT at the beginning. I was livid.

Deep--When are you hoping to send in your DS230 package tentatively?

no I have not reveive the IV bill..that what I was checking in the web page when I found out the problem ..Now it shows IN PROCESS so I will wait until Tuesday... I believe something like that happened the bank approved it but then they did not charge it..I am not sure...
