No,,if you are going to email it just use a template not the one that they sent you..if you want to use the one that they sent you you need to Mail it using fedex ,UPS.. but I dont think that you can scan it..

huh... so I don't "need" to sign it then when sending by email?

Hey guys! I've missed frequenting this site, but happy to say that I landed here in LAX on Tuesday morning safe and sound, after a suprise upgrade to business class

My wife and I have been going non-stop with friends, family, shopping and "relaxing"

I've only just now tried to pay our IV bill online, however, when I click the selected fee, then press on "Pay selected fees" it just seems to refresh the current page! AARRGGHH!!!!

Anyone else had this problem, and how did you get around it? ta

Yeah, this is what I sent. Oh well, maybe I'm worrying over nothing. I'll wait and see if they accept it.

There's going to be no more relaxing until we pay this damn IV bill though

I tried signing in as petitioner, then principal applicant thinking that might work. But, all it seems to do is refresh the invoice page.

we cannot put in our bank details or anything of that nature!!!

Maybe the website is overloaded. I'm sure a lot of people received the AOS bill today and are trying to pay it.

Perhaps try again later or even tomorrow?

Just try to "relax" for now. hehehehe

Actually, I remember the same thing happened with our AOS bill when my wife tried it on her mac, which I am on now. I will try from a different computer

NVC today generated my DS-3032 and AOS fee bill Yaaaaaaay!!!!!!. Logged in and paid my AOS bill. It shows in process. Also sent in the email version of the DS-3032. Will be sending in the hard copy too later......... What a big relief

NVC today generated my DS-3032 and AOS fee bill Yaaaaaaay!!!!!!. Logged in and paid my AOS bill. It shows in process. Also sent in the email version of the DS-3032. Will be sending in the hard copy too later......... What a big relief

what you say to me... I paid on Feb 12th the damm 70 dollars aos fee..on Tuesday was PAID and we print the cover letter and today it shows rejected so we paid it again.. thanks to God that we did not sent the Affidavit package because we want to send both package together... grshhhhh

I have a question on this as well. I called NVC today to give them our addresses. I asked them how my husband could email the form making me the "agent"...if they wanted him to fill out the one they send online or just send an email and the operator said to scan it in.

My question is that since my husband doesn't have a scanner and I never saw one at any of the Internet cafes in his area, is there another way? What is this template someone wrote about? Does it require a scanner?

Oh I guess I should have read back a few more posts. I found the link to the template. So this works for the DS-3032 instead of mailing it in? Should we then also mail it in or does it matter after that if we get the AOS bill?
