Was the payment debited from the account? This is so strange

according to my husband the bank says that they approved the transaction but they did not charge it..I dont know but why they shows PAID on the website and we were allowed to print the cover letter?? I am justing what would had happened if we send the AOS Package yesterday with the coverletter that we printed??

have you checked the AVR system confirming that they received your package? I overnighted my package last saturday and they received it on tuesday at 11:46am. i checked th AVR system today and it says that they received the package yesterday february 18. they took two days to acknowledge that they received the package?

Sachinsky, Did you call NVC to see if they are processing your package after receiving it? The AVR isn't updated, so I just called and they haven't "scanned it and entered it into the system" yet. Gggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr You have it, just DO IT!

When you sent the DS3032, did you print the form, filed, signed and scanned it?

I sent a regular email appointing the agent couple days ago, and want to resend since I got the email from NVC. So how should I do it?

I USED THE TEMPLATE THAT IS IN THE NVC SHORTCUTS ..BUT I ALSO MAILED THE ONE THAT THEY SENT BY UPS..I HAVE NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL OF THE ACCEPTANCE...AND TODAY I HAD TO PAY AGAIN THE AOS FEE BECAUSE IS " REJECTED" AFTER 3 DAYS SHOWING PAID..GRRRRR I AM REALLY PISSED WITH THIS PEOPLE OF NVC..THEY ARE REALLY WASTING OUR TIME

It's weird it showed rejected. Hopefully it will appear as paid soon

No,,if you are going to email it just use a template not the one that they sent you..if you want to use the one that they sent you you need to Mail it using fedex ,UPS.. but I dont think that you can scan it..
