AOS/DS3032 will be mailed to you 5-7 business days after your case number has been assigned and you've given NVC both your email addresses.

Interview dates are scheduled according to consulate availability.

Gina--Fingers crossed. I'm going to give them till about Wednesday and then go sign-in ballistic. When were your packages delivered to NH?

I wonder where Mike is and if he got through POE just fine.

Congrats to those who just got their NOA2. Be prepared to zip through NVC.

I think the 15 or maybe 16 because of the holiday. I just sent them regular/insured post, no receipt. I'm debating calling the NVC to see if they are processing it. The AVR says they delivered me a package on Feb 10, which I assume are the fee bills since it isn't the most up to date system. But like I said, I'm not worrying until you get your SIF(geeky way of saying sign in failed). Additionally because I am an obsessive loser I've checked the DHL site every day and nothing has been sent since the 11th(12 was holiday). So I guess they only do fridays or 1x/month embassy shipments or something in bundles.

I need to find some serious distractions this weekend to keep my mind off of this wait! The good news was there was an embassy review posted from a 17th CR1 approved Visa and he said the lady was very nice and the interview TOOK 5 MINUTES! That sounds too good to be true, I hope my little alien gets the same : )

Brian--How long did it take you to get a case complete after they received your RFE?

I sent the RFE on feb 3, and was officially recorded in the system on 12th because I sent regular mail because I knew I was not going to get feb interview at this point. I got sign in failed on feb 16 and officially case complete on feb 18.

Can anyone please tell me how long it usually takes to get an interview date after NVC log in failure? We got a NVC log in failure on 02-10-2010, but still have not heard anything yet..

Thanks in advance

It really depends on the embassy, what I have been doing is check everyone's profile from that same emabssy and getting a rough estimate from the past people that have gotten case complete.

I did send in my AOS packet last night through UPS. I can't believe they wanted $40.00 to overnight it! Thats ridiculous.

Anyway, I hope to get my DS-3032 accepted email soon so I can pay the IV fee bill. Its been over a week since the wife sent the email. I wonder if it got lost in their SPAM filters. I hope not. I did send in the hard copy 3032 with my AOS packet though. That should put things on the right track.I should do my taxes this weekend, that way I have money to fly to India and bring her back. ;)

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!
