Hello all,

Just printed my BarCode sheet for my AOS Fee Bill.

I am ready to send the AOS packet this evening. Hopefull Fedex is still open after 5.

Here's what I have lined up to send. Please tell me I have everything:

Barcode Sheet

AOS Form

Employment letter

Paystubs for 3 months

Tax Return Copies with copies of W2s for 08/07/06

I dont need a co-sponsor so no 864A.

Also, I am planning on mailing in the DS-3032 with this just in case.

Am I missing something?

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!

Yeah, you tell 'em Sach! I hope we get it soon too...I'm not going to lie, I checked today if I have a "log in failed"..... I KNOW!!! It's too early, but still, couldn't resist ; )

I actually check your signature more than the website, because I think you'll get it a day or 2 before me. You over-nighted your papers and I sent mine regular post(because of the holiday) so I am guessing you are a teeny bit ahead of me. SO HURRY UP AND GET YOUR LOG IN FAILED!! please : )

USCIS (122 days)

09-25-09 : NOA1 I-130

10-05-09 : NOA1 I-129

01-25-10 : NOA2 I-130/I129 Text & email

NVC (62 days)

01-29-10 : NVC case number assigned via AVR

04-01-10 : SIGN IN FAILED WAHOoooo!!!

05-27-10 : Interview....visa Approved!!!

06-02-10 : Picked up Visa at Embassy

06-04-10 : POE NYC...no delays or problems.

Removing Conditions

3/30/12 I-751 filed and sent to USCIS CA Service Center

4/3/12 NOA1

5/30/12 Biometrics completed Santa Rosa, CA early walk-in without problem

10/11/12 Green Card approved

10/17/12 Green Card received

Can anyone please tell me how long it usually takes to get an interview date after NVC log in failure? We got a NVC log in failure on 02-10-2010, but still have not heard anything yet..

Once a case number is assigned at the NVC, how long is it usually before they mail out the package and the message changes from please wait 6-8 weeks to telling you it was actually mailed? I see a lot of people were paying their AOS bills within a few days and tomorrow it will be a week for us.

Have you tried calling NVC to see if case is complete? Cause I believe by the next day you should get Case complete and then they forward it to you embassy.

Yeah I called them and the recording said our case was complete and forwarded to the Embassy on 02-10-2010. I was just wondering how long it takes to get an interview/medical date from the time of case completion..

Yeah I called them and the recording said our case was complete and forwarded to the Embassy on 02-10-2010. I was just wondering how long it takes to get an interview/medical date from the time of case completion..

I believe they start scheduling appointment the 2nd week of the following month. So just hold tight and you will hear something by next month.

Hey Durdin :star: it normally takes 2-4 weeks but they schedule interviews the second week of every month :thumbs: there are a few people who have gotten emails towards the end of the month it really depends on the embassy :blush:

03/22/10 applied for SSN

04/01/10 received SSN

04/05/10 received welcome letter dated 03/30/10 :)
