Also, she already had my husbands phone number. She just wanted to confirm if that was right.

Maybe they are getting the USC's information from the I-130s?

haha, I understand the calling issue. I feel the same

Weird they asked you both emails, to Melody they asked only her information (USC) and for me my email and confirm his phone number....

Wish I was a little bug to fly into the NVC office and understand how the process works

I already added the nvcinquiry email address to my contact list and his. This way it will not go to the spam folder.

Sachinky, do you think I should go ahead and send the choice of agent by email/mail or should wait till they send the request to my hubby?

I'm afraid they don't have his email address

It's been a week now since I paid my AOS fee bill and still shows as not paid. Not once has it shown as In Process or any of the other stuff. The operator said I should give it 5 business days. I think I should pay it again. What do you all think?

I would wait until Friday to see if it shows paid. Then if not, I would call them again asking if should pay again.

Nothing happened to your bank account? No way to find out if they charged you yet?

You need to wait for NVC to send you email for DS3032-Choice of Agent. You will get the email hopefully in 2 days. :star:

This is also a good way to test that NVC has both of your emails. You both will get this email but US spouse will get info for AOS package too in the same email.

Barcoded cover sheet for IV bill of $400.

Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary

Original/Certified Birth Certificate of beneficiary (with an attested translation provided) and a copy

Original/Certified Passport Office Police Certificate for Beneficiary and a copy

Original/Certified Police Clearance Certificate and a copy.

Police/Passport clearance certificates are required for every place or country you've lived in for more than 6 months after attaining the age of 16. I would check in the regional forum to see what the specifications are for your embassy. India requires two, but I'm not sure about Cambodia. You can check your consulate's website. It will specify on what the requirements are. This must be submitted with your DS230 packet to NVC in order to get a case complete.
