did you call again to check if they have the correct emails?? because I also gave my email on the 8th and receive the email on the 12th

give them a call you will find out whats happening

I just called them and our email addresses are correct in their system. They said that our info was updated in their system this past Friday and should get an email from them sometime this week. I'm not sure what that mean. The question is, is it ok for us to email our DS-3032 today?

if they told you that you should be receiving today or tomorrow..when I called on Friday to check if they have the correct information they told me that I should receive something next week and I received it that same date..when is not available they tell you to wait 2 and 4 weeks..so hang on there..

but dont email it before or you can take the risk and email it and perhaps tomorrow you receive the email..

Wow. Im running way behind lol. Mid Atlantic has nothing but snow for the past 2 weeks lmao.

So today i will be sending my DS3032 packet.

I have the following going out today:

Employment verification letter

paystubs for the last 6 months

IRS transcripts (last 3 years 2008,2007 and 2006)

I also wrote our BVC case # on the upper left portion of each documents. Is that right?

Sach, how did you know you did'nt get any RFE's? Did you have to confirm this with an operator?

I was able to get through, but I think it was at 10am this morning so I should wait till after 3pm to call back

also, I wonder if anyone has an average of how many days after NOA2 that they were able to get the NVC case number? I recieved my NOA2 on 2/09 is it unreasonable to think that one day this week I should be able to get my case # from NVC? The operator tells me 2-4 weeks but could take up to 90 days, has anyone here had to wait 90 days for the case #?

Currently the # of business days NVC is taking:

4-7 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case #.

4-7 days to receive emailed links after giving your email address to an operator.

1-2 days for the AOS bill to show as PAID.

5-7 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

1-2 days for IV bill to be PAID.

8-9 days for case complete after all your documents have been sent in.

NVC is open from 730am till 12 midnight EST.

The AVR is updated at 3PM and then again at 10PM.

If I remember correctly they do batch-emailings...so it would make sense that you will be getting the emails in the next couple of days....

HI IS BECAUSE THAT IS OUR MOTTO NO RFE...THE LAW OF ATTRACTION SAYS THAT IF YOU WISH SOMETHING YOU SHOULD CALL IT SO WE ARE CALLING NO RFE SO WE DONT RECEIVE ONE..HEHEHE

I am still stuck at NVC waiting for an upgrade on my case. I am loosing it folks........and feeling helpless. Been calling them everyday but they just keep telling me to wait. Its down right painful.......Guess I just needed to vent it out.

How long are they asking you to wait to upgrade the case? Just hang in there, you should get an upgrade soon...

I am anxious to atleast get a case number, I called them at 3 and still nothing, the operator this time didnt tell me the spill about 2-4 weeks up to 90 days... she actually said call back next week... do they log down how many times you call and harrass them because I would NEVER do that I wonder how many operators they have and what would be the chances of getting the same one in one day

dont worry for that ..they get paid to do their job hehehe.. hope the same thing that happened to me is the same to you I called on Feb 4th at 12.00 a.m to check and nothing was there and next day I called early at morning and it was there...Hang on there..

Hello everyone! I am glad to inform you that everything goes smoothly with our interview and i have the PINK slip and just need to wait for the real visa..
