Currently the # of business days NVC is taking:

4-7 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case #.

4-7 days to receive emailed links after giving your email address to an operator.

1-2 days for the AOS bill to show as PAID.

5-7 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

1-2 days for IV bill to be PAID.

7-10 days for case complete after all your documents have been sent in.

Best case scenario: 22 days.

Worst case scenario: 36 days.

Hm, I see.... oh well, gotta wait then!

I think NVC tends to slow down now, since the 129Fs are closed, they will have to process every petition as Cr1, not just forward to the Embassy as they were doing before.

I copied your NVC timeline to guide me trough the steps, hope you don't mind .

yes definitely I think so....cuz they might send it back saying..they want signed tax returns.

but it doesn't have to be original, so one can scan it email it , the spouse signs it, scans it, email it back....print it and its ready...

they might not care..but honestly I would NOT risk it..cuz RFE can cost you a week or more

I know someone answered before but I just want to make sure in the form DS 230 do I need to write down the UNEMPLOYED times between jobs per example BETWEEN 2003-APRIL 2005 I was not working do I need to put this???

Put it just to be on the safe side. Do not leave any gaps as they can RFE you for that.

My wife case was completed on February 12, so what you think , when NVC will schedule my wife interview?

I don't asking what will be interview date, i know that depend how consulate is busy, but i know U.S.A embassy here in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina ) is not busy at all, here on this forum is only few of us from Bosnia and Herzegovina,

so one more time my question is when NVC will schedule my wife interview and send to us e mail with date of interview?

Well, Arnell, you might have missed the scheduling for the March interviews during the second week of the month, but who knows, you might get an interview date any day now. Call NVC on Tuesday and speak to an operator. I hope you get it soon! Good luck.

Yes, NVC will email you an appointment letter with the date/time of the interview.
