My USC husband is filling up his G325A for DCF. On the part which he has to put some of the details of his divorced he can't remember the date they got married of his ex wife and her birthday that was too long ago , he don't have any papers here showing her birthday and date of marriage was not even written in the divorce paper that he had.

What is the best thing to do? Is it ok to just estimate the month and day or leave it as blank?

Need help again..Thanks a lot..

You shouldn't leave it blank. I think that you have to put the exact dates in the forms. Try to email to the church where they got married. Maybe they have a record of marriages.

At the interview you don't have to know the exact dates but in forms you have to.

No wonder he got divorced! Not remembering date of marriage and ex wifes BD. :bonk:

JUST joking!

I had the same problem and got a copy of the original marriage certificate.

Called my ex also but she couldn't remember our date of marriage naman!

if i remember right, the form doesnt require of your husband's ex-wife's birthday...it only requires the place and date of marriage (where he can find it in the divorce decree), and the date and place of termination.

Thanks for the respond guys...Divorced happened 23 yrs ago. He has the divorced papers but doesn't indicates the date of birth of the ex wife and the date of marriage/place. He is now in the philippines for 1 yr and 3 months and don't have some of the personal documents with him but in the USA sealed in the boxes...Maybe its a good idea to write a letter attach to the G325-A form telling them the date and place of marriage was estimated to the best of his knowledge for the reason and so on and so forth.......Do you think it will be acceptable..will that be a caused of deny?

The information can be obtained, with a bit of work. Does he remember where he got married? If so he can contact that city or county government to get the marriage certificate that will contain all needed info.

Get the correct information and submit the document.
