If i Have Tax Transcript for years 06-07-08

do i have to attach with it w2s and 1099???

or w2s and 1099 must be attach only if i send the tax returns form 1040 of year 06-07-08????

You do not need to send in any slips (W2, etc) if you send in the tax transcripts from the IRS.

finaly i got an answer thnx alot oky if i send the IRS Transcript i dnt send the tax returns at all ....

I sent the tax transcripts and last years tax return with copy of W2 and 1099s. I filled out the I-864-EZ and did not have any issues and it was accepted.
