Change of Address AFTER AOS?

My wife got her permanent resident card last September, and we just moved to a different state. Are we required to submit a change of address now, even after her AOS? And if so, how do we do this?

Thanks

Thanks for the help! I went and did that now, the AR 11, both a hard copy as well as online. But I didnt do the I-865 thing since she already is a permanent resident, and since it said on that web sight that the US citizen doesnt have to do that, only the non-citizen.

But I just re-read close again. It only says YS citizen doesnt have to do the AR 11... the I-865 is a totally different story... I better go and do that too. Thanks!
