Okay, so the wife is now eligible for citizenship under the marriage exception. Just have a question on filling out the N400.

My wife (then fiancee) entered the US 10/05. We were married 10/05 and she got her green card 01/07.

The N400 asks for all the places you've lived in the last five years. Do we just put where we've lived the last 3 years since she's applying based on marriage to a USC, or do we also list her address overseas during the months from 01/05 until she entered the US in 10/05? There is also a question that asks how much time you've spent outside the US in the last five years, which means we would have to list the 9 months before she entered the US if it is 5 years vs. 3.

Any clarification and/or assistance is appreciated.

Thanks much,

Yes, it is just the 3 years since she became a permanent resident. Just cross the 5 out and write in 3.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
