10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

hey joey well im still breathing LOL . I wrote in the london interview thread how i had to call the emergency ambulance the other night - basically they said i was overly stressed and anxious - i thought i was having a heart attack!! the guys were so nice started talking to me to calm me down etc and well we got onto the subject of the visa stuff and when i started talking about my sweet David and showed em the photos i calmed down quickly - they had me still hooked to the ECG machine and yep my heart beat dropped lol.

Anyways im ok still feeling a bit unwell and still getting dizzy spells - mind ya i dont eat well and i dont exercise, nor do i sleep well lol so i guess i need to work on that and I am pinning for my sweetheart so much:( I am so worried when I go for the interview - I am gonna be so anxious i hope i dont pass out there lol. I have a docs appointment tomorrow.

As to the visa stuff - well we made up after our little tiff last week things are back to normal - he went to get all his docs copied at work yesterday but the machine was broke so he said he'll try and do it this week sometime and mail em to me. I dont want to send my forms back until i actually have his docs in my hands so a week from when he sends em to me i should get em. I emailed the London embassy to find out if there was a deadline as to when these forms in pack 3 were supposed to be sent in - I havent heard yet. On the NOA2 David said the expiration date was september do you think that is the date I need to send pack 3 forms in by? I am kinda stalling as I really cant take this heat and if i have to travel to london in this heat I will definately pass out:( Plus I still havent decided whether I am gonna go with my niece on the train or just go and stary with my brother - I will have to see nearer the time what money I have.

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives
