Birth Cert for USC at interview?

Hi,

I'm just getting everything that I need together for the interview.

I was wondering if anyone knows if I'm going to need my US husbands birth cert on the day?

They will not need the USC's birth certificate on the day UNLESS it is used as proof of citizenship of the sponsor for the I-864. If your husband is using a copy of his passport info page for the I-864, no need for his birth certificate -- only yours (plus photocopy of course!).

PP is correct- I brought my USC husband's birth cert with me but was never asked for it, as they had a copy of his passport which was perviously submitted.

Thats great, thanks. Im going to send off the Notice of Readiness tomorrow and book medical and hopefully get a quick interview, Like your timeline Penguin, that would suit me just fine!
