btw my feelings on abortion...sh*t happens sometimes. things are sometimes unplanned even if you're careful and use protection. a fetus is not a person until it's able to survive on its own outside the womb. if you don't think you can take care of a child properly and give it a good life for whatever reason then have an early abortion. adoption is an option only if you think you're strong enough that you'll be able to give up the baby after carrying it for that long.

Because that's what living things do. Procreation isn't good or bad, nor is it selfish or generous. The justification for an any one indivual to procreate very well might be construed as selfish but so what?

(NEW HAVEN, CT) – On the eve of the 37th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade, which legalized abortion throughout the United States, a new survey shows a strong majority of Americans believe abortion to be “morally wrong."

“Millennials” (those 18-29) consider abortion to be “morally wrong” even more (58%) than Baby Boomers (those 45-64) (51%). Generation X (those 30-44) are similar to Millennials (60% see abortion as “morally wrong”). More than 6 in 10 of the Greatest Generation (those 65+) feel the same.

If an unborn human has no value... because it's not a human, why would an egg have value as it is not yet an endangered species.

Simple Danno. Eagles do not destroy their own eggs, or maybe they do, but then that would be their business and not illegal. What you propose, to be relevent to this scenario, is a government law making it illegal for Eagles to destroy their own eggs. Care to run that up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes? However for you, or someone else to come along and destroy the egg of someone (something) else is a different matter. It has no relevence to abortion, none. If you want to compare to say, people from Planned Parenthood going around and FORCING abortions on people, then yes, your argument has some merit, otherwise is is just silly.
