How do I add photo(s) to "My Photos"

Hi, I must be stupid or this is more complicated than other forums, but underneath "My Timeline" there is "My Photos," where I want to add the photo from my signature. I want to keep my signature photo-free.

I have been trying for the last 10 minutes. There's no "Add photos to 'My Photos'."

Can someone please help me?

I just did it, twice and when I want to view "My Photos" it says no images to display.

When you upload a photo, you are asked to choose an album to add it to. Which album did you choose? If you didn't create an album first, you need to do that.

Got it. I chose Personal album so it can only be seen if someone clicks on "My Photos" and that's it, right?
