also, wife is a waitress. she was givin a citation for selling beer to underage people, by police posing as customers. she was 1 month into the new job, great. anyway, on the ROC papers it asks about that...when we put it on the paper will it cause any problems

My guess is it doesn't look good, but it is not the worst thing that can happen. A short explanation and claiming lack of training or ignorance regarding the matter could get her by. It will be very important to mention that she has, since that incident, been abiding by the law and she has learned her lesson and never repeated her mistake again.

We are humans and not perfect. I would panic and freak out if she has multiple citations with the same problem...
