We are filing DCF. On 1-130 what should we write down on this sections:

B. Information about you.

14. If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following:

Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission.

Is this the ACR card of my husband here in the PI? To where is this question pertaining, in the US or here in PI?

C. Information about your alien relative (continued)

21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country):

We lived in my mom's ouse from sept. 2008 til oct 8, 2008 and moved to our new apartment from Oct. 9, 2008 til this present time . What should we write down in this part? pls help going to file this on monday....

B 14 pertains to US status.

C 21 use the last address you both lived together. (the apartment)

Ok thank you guys. So that means it is not applicable to my US husband because he is a natural born citizen and an american. That section he is filling up is about his information on letter B....

Applicant's last address outside the united states for more than one year? Do I have to put N/A coz I never been to USA....

No, where you lived other than the US. A person would put N/A that has never lived outside the US for a year or more.

You would put the last address where you lived at for at least a year or more. An example would be your parent's address if have have not moved out and resided in one place for at least a year.

That is correct. You have lived in the apartment for more than a year.
