hello roque,

Thank you very much for the info..I really appreciate it..Is your fiance here in pinas?ganun parin kamahal kahit dito sa pinas?I did send the hospital bill in the packet lahat ng proof before child conception was there.I hope they wont ask for DNA, my fiancee is rushing kasi he needs too be back in the states and we are praying that we can fly together with him.Its hard coz our son is just turning to 2 months and it would be hard for me to travel alone.

How was your interview?

Godbless!

Hello hannelore,

I think roque(rick)is the US citizen fiance and her fiancee Rosemaricar is not the one who's answering your posts. As i am reading your messages you thought your talking to our fellow filipina..:)I hope they will not require DNA test for your baby though,Maybe next week my Fiance from San Francisco will send me all the documents for our daughter's CRBA too,and of course we also have a worry about that DNA test!Glad to meet you,I'm Catherine from Pampanga!:)

LOL!that was funny of me..Im sorry roque i didint know coz I thought I am talking to my fellow filipina.

Hello cath,

Nice to meet you here..I am praying they will not ask,It will add another agony of waiting.huffff!

They said it would be an advantage if the father of the child is here.My fiance is here and I hope it would help.

I ahve read in the USEM site that you need to pay 1500 pesos for DNA but maybe it is only for collection if the father of the baby is in the US.

I am curious if we still need to spend 650 bucks even if daddy is here.

I really dont understand. In most cases that i have read,Its quite hard if the not father is here.

GODBLESS!

Hi hannelore,

Yes the 1500 pesos is for collection. There is no USEM approved DNA lab in the Phils and yes it will still cost 650. Your fiance will have to arrange with a lab in the US to send the collection kit. Hopefully your fiance being there will help and you will not need DNA.

Hello Rick,

My fiance and I are getting confused with the DS 5507,in the page 2 and 3 of it!We're you able to write the exact date, month, years of your residency in the US?Does it require to write all where you stayed since your birth or just the last 5,10 0r 20 years of your residency in the US?We are taking a lot of time,i mean my fiance just to finish this bcoz of so many confusions..will it be ok if he will just put like in the place San Francisco California 1993-2010?He tried looking and looking for a certain documents that will show the exact date, moth, and year but he can't find one.And does he still have to make another written statement of his intent to care and support for our daughter or just the DS5507?THANKS A LOT!:)

Hello rick,

How is everything goin??I know your wife and kid living happily in the states now,We just had the CRBA approved last friday and now I wanna ask you something,Which document did you use to get the VISA ahead of time?I want my visa to be on my hand first before the CRBA and PASSPORT of my son delivered.

The ACS notify us by email could I print that out and send it to VISA unit?

If not,is it possible for you to let me know what should I do?

Thanx a lot.I need to know ASAP.

I would appreciate it.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I just sent an e-mail to the VISA unit stating the CRBA fro our son was approved and asked if they could send the VISA. They did not respond but the VISA came a couple of days later. So not sure if the e-mail helped or not, but I figured it didn't hurt to try.

Good luck and have a safe journey to the U.S.A!

Rick

hello rick,

Thank you very much for the reply.we are still in manila now.I did send my passport and the email that it was approved but the embassy didint get back to me.

I walked at the embassy and drop the copy of my sons passport and crba and until now im still waiting for it.\

Sounds funny because they didint even get a hold if it would be ok or not.I just go there to make sure things will be ok.

I am expecting it will be here soon.

Godbless US!
