Exactly my thoughts too. The dates keep fluctuating from 92 days to 110 days. At one point it was 115 days. This is an evidence-based website, ie processing times are calculated based on when people report that they received their NOAs. So the reason it keeps fluctuating, IMO, is that whenever people report, that's when it takes it into tally and computes the time. The other issue with the K3 NOA2 is that there arent that many cases to base accurate timelines on. There are far more I-130 cases to substantiate the timelines (2300 something or so), but for K3, it appears that there are only 240 or so cases (?). hence the ambiguity.

Yes, I watch it everyday too! it's driving me and my wife crazy!!!! we're in day 90. according to the website, we should be recieveing ours int eh next week or 2...

Ok, I dont know if anyone is still reading this... but I thought I would throw this out there.... If you click on your timeline and you scroll down it will say.... estimated processing time: and mine says this

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between February 28, 2010 and March 7, 2010*.

My question is to anyone out there that has already gotten there NOA2... how accurate is this time frame? Did you recieve your NOA2 before, during, or after this time frame on your own timeline?

thanks in advance... I am just sooo anxious :)

I don't know how much this will help, but we received NOA1 for I-130 on Sept. 11, and NOA1 for I-129 on Sept. 17th. We just received NOA2 for both petitions on January 22nd and our K3 Case is on its way or at the Consulate in Mexico now. It is tough to wait and I know exactly what you are feeling, but it'll happen soon and it will be so exciting. The morning I got my text message saying both cases had been approved was awesome, because I was in a down mood, about ready to go to Church (it was on a sunday which surprised me more) and as I was heading out the door I got two text messages, one for each petition, and obviously the rest of the day was wonderful :) Good luck and let us know how it goes!

I'm going to create a bunch of VJ accounts and fill in the timelines as being only 2 or 3 days to get my fictitious NOA2 that way the average time will go down and I'll get mine faster!

Oh, if only it worked that way.
