I am US citizen, and my spouse in here in the US, I plan to file I-130 and I-485 package. I found that I need to provide my piror divorce decrees. I divorced twice. The most recently one I kept the document. But the first divorce decree was lost. Since my first divorce was filed over 20 years ago in California. I cannot remember in which court, as I remember I lived in San Jose at that moment, I thought it was in the court of Santa Clara. Unfortunately, I tried to contact the court in Santa Clara, they cannot found any record of my case. Even those nearest county cannot search out my divorce record.

Besides, my 2nd ex... was also through family base to adjust status while he was in the U.S. I am sure that while I file for him, I submitted my first divorce's decree. In this case, is there any methods that I can request USCIC to search my 2nd ex. immigration record?? And then through his record I can locate or figure out my first divorce decree information..... I am not sure it is possible to do that or not?
