removing my I-130 and I-129

Hi everyone and thank you for the rplys to my last post.My new problem is this.I filed an I-130 and I-129 it all went through and wife at the time was granted a visa.Things went very wrong and we divorced..I wrote GuangZhou a email stating that I and my wife divorce and please stop the visa and cancel the I-130 &129.They wrote back saying they will forward all papers to the immigration departmen.Now my question is .Can I file a new I-130 & I-129.ANd how do i check to see if all paper work from last time applied has been stopped...
