Hello, I recently submitted paperwork for K-3 Visa for my husband. I know he will need I-134 from me for the interview. Recently one of my friends from the same country won a green card and needs the I-134 form for the interview. My salary allows me to send the form to both of them but I am worried that doing it would slow down or maybe even jeopardize my husband's paperwork. Can somebody suggest what I should do? Has anyone had a similar situation?

I-130 NOA1: 12/14/2009

I-130 NOA2: 02/26/2010

I-130 Approved in 74 days

NVC Journey

03-04-2010: NVC Case # assigned

The only issue is if your income cannot support all the intending beneficiaries and you. (and your dependents, if any).

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
