Hey Guys !

I did Early Biometric today at 9:00 a.m and USCIS updated in their system today itself 3:00 p.m that is really so quick.

Touch my case so fast wow !

I-130 Petition -Timeline

10-04-06 - Petitioner (wife) sent I-130 to USCIS Vermont Service Center

10-14-06 - Petitioner received NOA 1 "Receipt Notice"

01-17-07 - USCIS NOA2 "Approval Notice"

I-129F Petition Timeline

09-22-06 - Married in India

10-19-06 - Petitioner sent I-129F to USCIS Chicago

10-27-06 - Petitioner received NOA 1 "Receipt Notice"

01-17-07 - USCIS NOA2 "Approval Notice"

I-485 AOS Timeline

05/26/07 - Submitted I-485 package to USCIS Chicago

06/01/07 - USCIS sent I-797C NOA "Rejection Notice" and returns cashiers check

You can sign up on USCIS site and make your profile than you can log in and see when they touched. Ex: if they touch today you can see the date they updated.

U should be relax instead. Take a look at all VSC filers. Mine was filed in Sept and still hear nothing. :P

oh ok, I had an account but I never knew where they see that they were touched lol

Mine was updated on the 12th and my biometrics was done on the 11th of January. so I guess they do update right away....

oh ok, I had an account but I never knew where they see that they were touched lol

Mine was updated on the 12th and my biometrics was done on the 11th of January. so I guess they do update right away....

May be you are right but I checked mine case on USCIS site they touched today 22 also, so it is certain that whenever they touch they update the date also because yesterday it was showing 21 and today it is showing 22 .
