Ok I would like to hear from anyone who recently had an exam at St Lukes in Manila. How many days are needed and basically what test are done on each day. Thank you

One and a half days are needed. First day is for physical exam (x-ray, eye exam, vaccination interview, urine test, etc.), second day is for vaccination.

It's quite weird... because based from what I experienced I had to spend half day during the first day and second day was longer than I thought... I ended up waiting 2-3 hours in the releasing section.

17 Feb 06 - NOA1

25 May 06 - NOA2

20 Jun 06 - Petition received in Manila

28 Jun 06 - CFO Guidance and Counselling

24 July 06 - 1st day Medical exam [8:00-11:30AM]

25 July 06 - 2nd day Medical exam [9:00 - 3:10PM]

08 Aug 06 - Appointment date - Approved :)

14 Aug 06 - VISA received

31 Aug 06 - Last day of work :'(

01 Sep 06 - Fly.. Fly.. Fly.. Got in the US

29 Oct 06 - Got married

03 Nov 06 - Submitted the required docs to AOS

Hi biggamer :D

The medical will be for 2 days...i want to share this info i got from another forum:

Required papers/ things:

1. Visa photo (3pcs Visa Pictures) - write name and mnl case no.

1 visa pic for the 1st day and 2 visa pic for the 2nd day.

2. Appointment Letter (Orginal and Xerox copy)

3. Passport

4. Extra ID

5. Ballpen/tissue paper

PROCEDURE:

1. GF – Appointment Letter (get at window F)/ 2x2 US Visa pic/

PDS form

2. 5F - Payment (Php.5,035.00)

3. 3F – X-ray.

4. 4F – Blood Extraction & urinalysis.

5. 5F – Vital Signs (Blood pressure, heart rate, height, weight,

eye exam)

6. 5F – Physical Exam

7. 4F – Immunization Interview

8. 3F – Check out counter – papers will be given except the

receipt and passport and will be asked to go back tomorrow, for

the immunization and the result.
