Visa processing/Mail courier

My fiance was approved for his K1 visa January 14th and was told it would take 3 to 5 days for delivery. They have given us a tracking number to use on the DX site and nothing has shown up as it has been 5 days. My fiance called the DX service and they told him it takes 10 to 15 days for the embassy to process everything and send it to them. So what's going on here? Does any one have any helpful information. Thanks.

I checked the timelines of members here at VisaJourney, and most people (if I read it right) were getting theirs in about 6 days. I had my interview on the 15th Jan, so I was expecting it would come today. But nothing as yet. Sorry I can't offer any better information.

Just an update: The courier website says that my visa is due to be delivered on Monday.

Hope anyone who is waiting for their visa to arrive gets it soon! I can't wait for mine to get here-my fiance is going to buy his plane tickets as soon as it's arrived and we're certain that everything is okay with it. (Got this paranoia that they'll print the wrong name, or something).
