Usually the maximum time for one visit is 6 months, but the border officer may give you less time if they so decide. The tourist visa is to visit so you need to be out of the country more than in; ie if you were to visit for 6 months, you'd need to go back to the Philipines for at least 6 months before trying again.

Admittance and duration of stay is up to the border patrol at the time you enter. No one can tell you if you will be denied. You should have strong ties to your home country to show that you intend to return. Also, the border patrol likes to see you spending more time in your home country than in the US so make sure the majority of your time is spent in the Philippines

good luck.

You might, but you might not. It depends on the border officer, and your exact situation (how long you stayed in the USA on previous occasions, how long you plan to stay this time etc); for example if you stayed close to 6 months last time, stayed out of the USA for 4 months and then want to come back for a long weekend because of a birthday or similar, you'll have a better chance then if you stayed cose to 6 months last time, left the USA fora weekend and then want to come back for another 6 months. Your best bet is to bring lots of evidence that you will be returning back home, such as a letter from an employer stating when they expect you back, proof of home ownership or rental agreement, proof of enrollment in university etc.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
