Not good i'm afraid.

He said that he might have answered our marriage date wrong but he isnt sure of that, he was too nervous.

She asked many questions

1- when you meet you wife

2- when you married

3- when here last visit

4- where she live in usa

5- how you keep in touch with her

6- did she marred before

7- she have kids what is kids names and ages

8- what you is your work

9- did you have a big party it was family partys and frinds and neberhods

10 who was there

11 what your family said about age

12what kind of wrk you can do in usa

13 she live with her own or with family

the only photos she asked was about the marriage party

asked him for his CV and kept that., .... and then at the end told him we were going into AP. He asked what to tell me and she said it was up to him...... And he asked what is the result of the interview and she said that they need 2 things before they can finish this case your CV and her marriage paper from her last marriage before you.....

he gave them the cv.... but i dont understand why they are asking for my marriage papers? He asked divorce papers and she said no, marriage papers...

What is this??

Also gave him a paper and said to check it in 2 weeks to know his status

Well i guess they want to check on yours previous marriage certificate for some reasons !!

So that's why they asked for it .

I guess the CO asked him kinda normal questions .so there is nothing to worry about .

I am wondering if i should write a letter and include it with the paper they want? Maybe i should write and explain why my divorce dates and marriage dates.. and circumstances of each marriage. I have had 3 previous marriages, the third one occured shortly after the second divorce and didnt last very long, i rebounded big time and didnt think and it didnt work at all... and that divorce date is in feb 09 while i married my husband now in june 09 so i think maybe i should explain that my previous marriage i was seperated from him in july 08 and not speaking with him at all so that they understand that there was almost a year between seperation and marriage????

What do you think i should do???????

Yes, he should know the date and he knows it very well actually but he just got messed up when he answered her because of month, he always gets june and january mixed up as words but if he would have answered her in numbers instead of month names he would have gotten that right.

The case is a bit complicated as i did marry quickly after a divorce , it was only a few weeks after the actual divorce but 4 months after seperation of that marriage, however that marriage only lasted a few months, started in may and we seperated in august the divorce didnt final until feb 09 and i married in june to my now husband. If they look at only divorce dates(legal) then yes it look bad but if they know that i was no longer with these husbands for long times then not so bad, in this last marriage it was from August til June before marriage

The divorce took place many months after we seperated and he and i never actually lived together, it didnt last long enough for us to get moved in together

mystic , i totally believe that the interview is nothing to prove the if the marriage fake or not so don't be worried if he didn't answer well the dates well because they know how nervous anyone could be in such situation ok?

secondly , it's my first time ti hear that they take CV from ppl , why would they need his CV?? but it's ok that he gave them his CV and let them use it for whatever they wanted it for .

it's ok when you send them this letter along with your previous marriage papers as i am sure they need them to check whom you were married to before as it's well obvious now that your 3 marriages and now the 4th one is raising a red flag to them . so hopefully your letter will make sense to them and everything will be ok

just don't be worried because it won't help and my thoughts to you is to be patient too because things for them doesn't move too fast .

It was just thoughts .It depends on the CO now and on what is she really want to do ?

Maybe the CO will not even look at that as a big deal of as a big issue .''I have seen a couple before with kinda the same situation as yours .the woman was married 3 times before and she is a grandma and she has 2 grandchildren and they have about 24 years age gap .and guess what ? the guy got his visa 8 days after his interview !!!!!!!!!''

i think it is fin bcaus he ll hav AP it taks time only . but the embasy want all mariage papers? or divorse paprs only ? wen you got married last time I think this is a problem bcaus you marred 2 months after divorse

She asked my husband where this ex husband was from and he told her the home country, not where he lives in the states.... so she is going to be surprised to find i married in the states and if she does name check on him that i never filed any papers for immigration for him(I refused) he had already been in the states for 8 years first by student visa and then overstayed and filed Asylum,,,, i was not involved in any immigration proceedings with him so Im thinking once she sees this she will be ok with everything
