Hi Guys

I just found out that packet is on it's way.

I understand what docs need to be filled out... but

questions

When does Moscow schedule interview? When they send packet?

Is there only one packet or 2?

Do you have to send anything back to Moscow before interview?

Thanks for All your help

John

Just make sure that you send your financial docs out pretty soon. I sent mine a little late, and that caused a delay in our interview date.

Yeah, it's kind of a surprise that you even have to send them at all. If it weren't for VJ, I wouldn't have known to send them. I believe it's in the packet that your fiancee gets, but luckily VJ had me going already.

I can't stress enough... once you get NOA II from your service center and the case gets forwarded to NVC then on to the embassy, send out your financial "proof" ASAP.

(Send it to your fiancee.... also send copies of the K-1 packet that you sent in. And, it's never too late to get more "evidence" of the relationship. Include another letter or a small gift or something that she can show to the CO.)

I have our stuff organized into 3 envelopes:

1. Originals from I-129F submission.

2. Recent proof of ongoing relationship, which includes NOA1, copy of IMBRA RFE, NOA2 and other assorted items (phone bills, even the packaging from a CD Olga sent me recently...though the CD was stolen from my car with the stereo. :( )

3. I-134 Affidavit of support and evidence

I HOPE this will help Olga! Also labeled the envelopes in English AND Russian! (hope the translator was close! LOL =)
