I'm curious if anyone out there knows anything about the inner workings at the respective service centres. For example, would staff be divided into processing applications based on specific countries and consulates ie Montreal, India, Thailand etc? Or do people think there is a body of staff and as the applications come in, they work on them all accordingly? This is probably an exercise in futility overall but I would love to hear people's insights and specific knowledge, if any. It would be more meaningful to have direct knowledge in lieu of speculatative but I'll open this question and wait for comments, if anyone can speak to this.

Its my understanding that its all done on a first come first serve basis. Keeping in mind that some request and are granted exp.service. Some cases end up in AP, some countries are considered high fraud requiring additional processing. This is my spin on it..someone else may have more info on it.
