Hi my VJ family,,,,

I read somewhere in one of the interviews the CO was able to tell a beneficiary had requested a Police report in another country. I am so curious how did they find out if the beneficiary never mentioned of ever residing in that country. Because if they already have that information where they can get into other countries database then why do we go and pay and through all the hassle of obtaining a police report or certificate. Just Curious! :help:

passport stamps?

it wasn't passport stamp becuase the CO did not know by looking at the beneficiary's passport only when the finger prints were done is when they found out he had requested a police certificate in Abidjan and now that means he has either lived or been there. trying to find out if the have access to other countries database why are we paying for get police reports?

I read about that and thought it was freaky too

I agree, it would be nice if they cut some of the red tape. The lesson to beneficiaries is to be truthful, because the revelation of the known police report came only after the question regarding same. Very tricky.
